How we work
We extract standing water with truck-mount power, set high-velocity drying, and walk the loss with you. The goal is to stop secondary damage and get a clear salvage-vs-replace call — not to promise that every wet material comes back perfect.

When you call
Tell us where the water is, how long it has been sitting, and whether power and access are safe. Shut off the source if you can do so safely. Move irreplaceable items out of the wet zone when it is safe.
Honest limits
This is emergency response and extraction — not a guarantee that every floor, pad, or wall cavity can be saved. Long soaks, contaminated water, and materials that have already swollen or delaminated may need replacement. We do not invent insurance outcomes, mold certifications, or “we fix everything” claims. We tell you what is realistic on site.

Is this the same as a regular carpet clean?
No. Flood work starts with extraction and drying. A standard carpet clean is a different job once the structure is dry and salvageable.
Will everything dry overnight?
We set high-velocity air movers and work the drying plan for the loss. Water jobs take the time the materials need.
