How we clean carpet
Steam cleaning, hot-water extraction, truck-mount cleaning. It is all the same job. We inspect first, pre-treat spots, extract, then set high-velocity air movers so you are not waiting overnight. Optional protector after the rinse so the next spill is less likely to set.
Light soil gets a scrub-wand. Heavy traffic, crushing, or pet areas get Rotovac — mechanized passes that rinse the pile, not just the top. Air movers go down when the job needs them so rooms are back underfoot the same day for most houses.

Area rugs get cleaned in place during the carpet visit, with the same truck-mount. Tell us the size and what the rug is made of when you book, and we will tell you what it can take.
Pet spots and odor
Pet spots get a pre-treat before we extract. We treat urine and odor when the fiber and pad allow it. Older or heavy urine in the pad may need more than a standard clean, and we tell you what is realistic before we start.
What carpet cleaning costs
We quote before we start. Call (435) 554-8383 with rooms, stairs, soil level, and pets, or book online. The quote is the price unless we find something you did not tell us about, like stairs you did not count or pet urine in the pad. We say that before we start, not at the door.
A cheap rental or a soap-heavy clean can leave residue in the pile. That film grabs new dirt, so the carpet looks dirty again sooner.
ACDC uses truck-mount hot-water extraction. The machine heats the water, sprays, and pulls the soil out of the house. Light soil gets a scrub wand. Heavy lanes and pet areas get the Rotovac. Most rooms are back in use the same day, often about 6 hours.

Carpet cleaning questions
Is steam cleaning the same as truck-mount cleaning?
Yes. Hot water goes into the carpet, and the vacuum in the van pulls it back out with the dirt.
How often should carpet be cleaned?
Once a year works for most Cache Valley homes. Pets, kids, allergies, and rental turns often need it more.
Do you move furniture?
Yes, on request. We move typical living-room pieces. Very heavy, fragile, or packed items stay put.
Can every stain come out?
No. Bleach, rust, paint, and dye transfer usually will not. We tell you before we start.
When can we walk on it?
Most rooms are back in use the same day. Dry time depends on the carpet, the pad, and the airflow.
Can you clean my couch or tile on the same visit?
Yes. Upholstery cleaning and tile and grout cleaning can go on the same visit when the schedule allows.
